December Volunteer of the Month

December 1, 2007 Congratulations to Arthur McCabe. For being selected as our December volunteer of the month. Art has lived here for 21/2 years and prior to moving here she lived in California. Art has been a volunteer here at the Senior Center for 21/2 years and has volunteered for about 15 years total. His main duties as a volunteer is to work in the kitchen doing many things including dishes and whatever else Anne and Lisa may need him to do. He works very hard accepting whatever jobs are asked of him. One of his favorite things regarding volunteering is the camaraderie of the people he volunteers with. He started volunteering because he wanted to contribute to the community and enjoys helping people. Art is an all around nice guy that helps anyone in need and we here at the senior center appreciate all of his assistance and laughter each day he is here!
