We all know that there are challenges in today’s housing market, but purchasing a home today may be more obtainable than in recent years for many people. Sometimes a slight drop in the monthly house payment is all the family needs to qualify to purchase their first home.

Please join with other realtors, lenders, government agencies, civic officials, and nonprofit housing organizations at this unique forum to learn about the programs and opportunities available today for homeownership in Rural Nevada, and more specifically in Lyon & Churchill Counties.

This Forum is hosted by the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco and is supported by Nevada Rural Housing Authority, HUD-Reno, USDA-Rural Development, Nevada Housing Division, Nevada Rural Development Council, Western Nevada HOME Consortium, Lyon County, Fernley Chamber of Commerce, and the City of Fernley.
