Tickets Available for the Fernley Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation 13th Annual Big Game Banquet
If you love good times and the outdoors, you won’t want to miss the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation Fernley Chapter’s 13th Annual Big Game Banquet and fundraiser. You are guaranteed a great time supporting a great cause!
This year’s banquet is Saturday, May 9th, 2009. While pursuing opportunities to bring the banquet back to Fernley for 2010, this year the banquet will be held at the Fallon Convention Center. Doors open at 3:00PM.
Ticket prices are as follows:
Single Ticket (includes 1 meal & 1 supporting membership)-$70
Couple Ticket (includes 2 meals & 1 supporting membership)-$105
Spike Ticket (includes 1 youth meal, must be 12 and under)-$12.50
Life Member Single Ticket (includes 1 meal for current life member)-$35
Table (includes 8 meals & 4 annual memberships)-$420
Early Bird Raffle Tickets-$100 value (MUST be purchased by 4/25/09)-$75
Get your tickets early! Tickets purchased by April 25, 2009 will receive an additional $20 in general raffle tickets per membership purchased (couples ticket receives $20 worth of tickets since only one membership is purchased).
This banquet is a family event featuring a live auction, silent auction, numerous games and fantastic raffle prizes. Women and children are also encouraged to attend and will have special games, auctions and prizes open to just them.
This year marks the 25th Anniversary of the RMEF. The banquet will feature a number of commemorative and limited edition 25th Anniversary items including a Winchester Model 70, .325 WSM with 25th Anniversary gold inlays.
The Elk Foundation has helped conserve 267,000 acres in Nevada with the majority of the funds for those projects being raised at local banquet, such as this one. It is hoped that you will join in raising more funds to help protect habitat for elk and other wildlife in Nevada.
The Fernley Chapter of the RMEF is also requesting donations to aid them in the success of the banquet. All donations are tax-deductable and the donating party will be listed in the banquet program and mentioned during the course of the banquet.
