It’s Yoga with Julie and Relentless Martial Arts announced today the start of their early morning hatha yoga with raja classes. The classes will begin at 6:15AM on April 21st and run every Tuesday and Thursday.
The power Yoga classes will continue Monday and Wednesday at 8AM with hatha following at 8:30AM.
“We are very lucky to have Julie Jones teaching yoga here at Relentless Martial Arts. She is a world class Yoga instructor having trained with Deepak Chopra at his center in southern California.
This is the gold standard for Yoga certification and she is a truly inspiring teacher,” John Mariotti of Relentless MA said. “I personally take Julie’s yoga classes at least 3 times a week and recommend them very highly.
We had a number of requests for an earlier session for those people who need to head to work and Julie generously agreed to get started even earlier. Your first class is always free here too!”
Monday and Wednesday Power Yoga at 8AM followed by hatha yoga at 8:30AM and Tuesday and Thursday hatha yoga at 6:15 AM.
