Greg Evangelatos, Fernley City Manager attempts to explain pay raises through reclassification of job descriptions not authorized by the council.
Don Parsons, Kelly Malloy and Mayor Goodman hammered Evangelatos for not following the direction of the council.
Goodman also recommended a closed section at 3:00 to be held before the next city council meeting of the re-evaluation of the city manager. He said "The time has come for a re-evaluation anyway, and I think that time has come .. with this."
