Pioneer Crossing sports first Texas Hold'em Tables in Fernley

But what you are seeing is a first for Fernley
Pioneer Crossing opened its Live Texas Hold'em poker tables on Friday September 7th to awaiting players.
Owners Mike Benjamin and Mike Melarkey decided to check out the possibilities
back in May because of requests placed by many many guests.
Pioneer Crossing applied to gaming in July and were approved in Aug.
The waiting list to play is only in effect when there are more than 20 players.
Pioneer had a list of about 10 players on Fri and 1-2 intermittently on Sat
Laurie Morgon, program director said "most of the time players can just play right away."

There is a $30 Buy in with $3 and $6 tables
The tables are open Friday & Saturday from noon to 4am and Sundays from 2pm to 10 pm.
