| John Emerson (D) State Senate Candidate will attend the Fernley City Council Meeting on Wednesday the 19th to listen to arguments pertaining to the Water Rights Issue concerning Fernley and Pyramid Lake Paiute Tribe.
The two opposing issues are that the Pyramid Lake Paiute Tribe is opposed to the city of Fernley getting upstream storage rights for water. And the City of Fernley is asking members of the Truckee River operating agreement for upstream storage.
