THE NATIONAL SOCIALIST NAZI PARTY
March 27, 2007
Maybe I should have entitled this as the Democratic party but I wanted to draw some parallels between the two.
You have the evidence laying all about you. The Democratic party wants you to rely on it for everything from cradle to grave. They talk in numbers about what's best for society (as if the government has ever known anything about what's best for anything but itself). They want to control everything we say, do and think.
I ask you, try to think about something that the federal government doesn't control. But a warning. Just think about it. If you say it out loud and someone in government gets word of it, there will be a law regulating it before you can say there's a new type of seatbelt.
So the Democratic party (aka Socialists) are in full bloom with all Democratic contenders (and most Republicans) trying to outdo themselves with promises that the Federal Government will do more for its citizens.
Like Hillary Clinton. A couple of months ago at a speech she said, in reference to the oil company profits, that (paraphrased) 'I want to take those profits and put them in a strategic energy fund to develop alternative energy..... So much for Free Enterprise and Capitalism if SHE gets elected.
Or another Clinton favorite, Government provided (controlled) health care. Oh goodie. Socialism is really rearing it's ugly head here. I know some of you have had the misfortune to deal with the government on the State level or Local level, or (heaven forbid) attempt to get info of any sort from the Federal level at one time or another. Stonewall and kiss off city.
So imagine if you will a government controlled Health Care. In order to make it work there will have to be strict compliance by everyone eventually. So bye-bye private care. That will be illegal. Even if you can afford it. Eventually. The doctors will be herded into government facilities where health care will be as impersonal as getting your oil changed. At least the doctors who are still practicing. The ones who have something going for them will probably quit in disgust.
It's started with "we, the people" no longer having choices in how we live. If we have crappy diets, does the government have the right to tell us we can't live that way? According to the American Socialist Democratic party, yes. According to the Constitution, no.
As I've said in previous articles, there is little difference between DEMS and the REPUBS ever since Bush took office, except in the House, where some actually try to save what's left of our rights.
Once the government begins to dictate what we can and can't eat, which it has already in some cities, then the people of this country have surrendered our bodies to it. It only took about 30 years for government on all levels to make it nearly impossible to smoke. Once we surrender our health care to it they'll have us by the, well, neck.
The Nazi party was the first government to attempt to get it's populous to stop smoking. It had an anti-smoking campaign which would have been a credit to the National Socialist Democratic Party.
I encourage you to read an article by Robert Proctor
of Penn State History Dept. at
http://constitutionalistnc.tripod.com/hitler-leftist/id1.html
In it is excerpted the following:
" Historians and epidemiologists have only recently begun to explore the Nazi anti-tobacco movement. Germany had the world's strongest anti smoking movement in the 1930s and early 1940s, encompassing bans on smoking in public spaces, bans on advertising, restrictions on tobacco rations for women, and the world's most refined tobacco epidemiology, linking tobacco use with the already evident epidemic of lung cancer. The anti-tobacco campaign must be understood against the backdrop of the Nazi quest for racial and bodily purity, which also motivated many other public health efforts of the era."
In that article Gordon describes not only what the Nazi party did about smoking, but he also describes how it encouraged it's people to eat nothing but whole grains and vegetables for the good of the Party.
Hitler himself provided such a good example for his nation that he was a non-smoker AND a vegetarian.
Of course, since it was assumed that the people's bodies were only there for the good of the party, it was a natural extension from that to exterminations of those who the party thought were not up to the party's standards.
So, the next time you hear a Democrat calling Republicans Nazi's, you might take the chance to enlighten them on exactly Who is the Nazi.
